What is a K-10?

This psychometric assessment is used to assist your .doctor GP in diagnosing your condition. If you are seeking a mental health treatment plan you will need to complete this to determine your eligibility. 

Who has access to my information?

The information your share on this form is kept confidential and will only be accessible by our clinical and support team. 

When do I have to complete this form?

You must complete this form before attending your mental health appointment with us. You won’t be able to get a mental health treatment plan if you don’t complete this form.

Who are the doctors?

Every .doctor GP is an AHPRA-registered & fully-insured doctor based in Australia who adheres to the highest clinical standards. Your doctor’s provider and prescriber number will be written on any prescription or referral given.

Who can use .doctor?

Anyone in Australia with a Medicare card can book a bulk billed video consultation to discuss their mental health with a .doctor GP.

You do not need to have attended an Onboarding Appointment if you are talking to your doctor about your mental health.

Can I change my answers later?

If you need to update your profile with new information, you can do so by contacting our Support Team directly.
