Mental Health Consultations

Our GPs offer empathetic, confidential consultations to discuss your mental health concerns. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or other mental health challenges, we’re here to listen and provide guidance

Psychology referrals and Mental Health Treatment Plans

We can provide you with a GP referral to receive Medicare rebates and bulk billed access to psychologists.

Your .doctor GP will create a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) while you’re on the video call, which can be sent to your chosen psychologist.

With a MHTP you can receive up to 10 Medicare funded sessions with your psychologist, every year.

Psychiatry referrals

Your .doctor GP can refer you to a psychiatrist for treatment or an assessment.

If you have a preferred psychiatrist, be sure to have their contact details available ready to share in your appointment.

Otherwise, we can refer you to Call to Mind, a telehealth psychiatry clinic.

Medication management

If suitable, your .doctor GP can provide you with an e-script for anxiety, depression and other mental health related medications.

You’ll receive your e-script instantly by SMS and can take that to any pharmacy in Australia to be dispensed.
