Enjoy unlimited video & phone consults

You may be eligible to skip the in-person appointment.

If you need to see a GP about your mental health, sexual health, quitting smoking, pregnancy or other exempt topics, you can skip the onboarding appointment and book in with a .doctor GP for a bulk billed video call straight away.

1. Create your account and schedule your first appointment.

Create an account to log in to .doctor for the first time. We’ll ask you to complete an in-take form which will allow us to start creating your .doctor health profile.

You’ll then need to schedule your first annual Onboarding Appointment. This 10 minute appointment has to be done in-person at one of our locations in regional Australia.

If we’re not yet in your area – add your name to the waitlist so we can prioritise coming to your town!

2. Attend your Onboarding Appointment in-person

To be eligible for Medicare rebates for telehealth GP appointments you must have attended one in-person Onboarding Appointment with a .doctor GP in the last 12 months.

Your Onboarding Appointment will only take 10 minutes and is a chance for us to meet you in-person and take your vitals, such as measuring your blood pressure. This all gets loaded into your health profile so when you jump on a telehealth consult with our doctors, they’ll have a complete picture of your health.

3. Enjoy unlimited video and phone consults, bulk billed.

Once you’ve attended your in-person Onboarding Appointment you’ll have access to unlimited video and phone GP appointments for the next 365 days.
