How to see a GP, bulk billed.
1. Create your account
Create an account to log in to .doctor for the first time. We’ll ask you to complete an intake form that will allow us to start creating your doctor health profile.
You’ll be asked to provide your personal information to allow us to verify who you are and confirm your eligibility for Medicare-funded services.
2. Schedule your appointment
When you create your account, we’ll automatically assign the appointment types you can book to your profile.
You can then select the appointment type you want to book, and your eligible practitioners will display.
Choose the .doctor practitioner you’d prefer, or leave that field blank to see all available times.
Select a time (often we have same-day appointments available) and complete your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS as soon as your appointment is confirmed.
3. Attend your bulk billed video consult
You’ll receive a link in your confirmation email and SMS to join our waiting room to start your video call.
You can open the link from a mobile or computer at the time of your appointment to meet with your .doctor practitioner.
