What does it cost?

All our appointments are fully bulk-billed to Medicare, so as long as you have a current Medicare card you will never have any out-of-pocket costs.

What hours are you open?

We have scheduled appointments available 7 days, including out-of-hours. Our ‘next available’ waiting room is open 9am-8pm everyday. If you need to see a GP outside of those hours, schedule a time.

Can I get a medical certificate?

Yes, .doctor allows you to schedule an appointment with an Australian practitioner who, if suitable, can provide a medical certificate online. You’ll receive an email with a PDF attachment after your consult.

Who are the doctors?

Every .doctor practitioner is AHPRA-registered & fully-insured, based in Australia and adheres to the highest clinical standards. Your practitioner’s provider and prescriber number will be written on any prescription or referral given.

Who can use .doctor?

Anyone in Australia with a current Medicare card can book consultations with .doctor. Depending on your location and the health concern you want to discuss, you’ll be connected with a suitable practitioner.
